Apparatus
1The restoration of the name of the group is based on MAFRAY-Abū Ṯawr 2.
The construction verb is probably to be restored in the lacuna (cf. MAFRAY-Abū Ṯawr 2).
The first letter of the toponym presents the signs of a writing error (letter "m" instead of "l").

CULTURAL NOTES

The town Mnhytm is referred to as "l-Yṯʿʾmr" (lit. "for Yṯʿʾmr"). This name is probably related to the mukarrib Yṯʿʾmr Wtr son of Ykrbmlk, who conquered the site from Kamna in the second half of the 8th century BC, as related in his inscription DAI-Ṣirwāḥ 2005-50 (Nebes 2011 a: 365).
