   3  l-wfy bn-hw ʾrzn w-l ḏt ys³fn-hw
   4  ʾlmqh ʾwldm ʾḏkrwm hnʾn b-ʾlmqh

4ʾḏkrwm is the plural attested in the period B, in the period D we have ʾḏkrm.

English

   1  Rznm, son of S¹frm, subject of banū Mqrm
   2  dedicated to ʾlmqh the image which sought the favour from Him
   3  for the well being of his son ʾrzn and in order that ʾlmqh increases to him
   4  male and healthy children. For ʾlmqh.
