Apparatus
7-8ʿAbdallāh has l-s¹ṯt instead of ḏl-s¹ṯt.
8it is more probable to imagine a mistake (ʾby for ʾnby) than a new Qatabanian god ʾby, as Müller did (Müller, Walter W. 2010: 189)

   1  Nṣrm Yhḥmd ibn Mʿhr and ḏ-Ḫwln, qyl
   2  of Rdmn and Ḫwln completed, rebuilt, cleaned out their
   3  irrigation system Tgyb for their vineyard Klnm in the valley Rḥbm
   4  from the foundation to the top. With the help and thw power of S¹yn
   5  ḏ-ʾlm, ʿm ḏ-Mbrqm; with the help and the authority of
   6  their lord ʾlʿz Ylṭ, king of Ḥaḍramawt; with the might,
   7  the support of their tribe Rdmn and Ḫwln. In the year
   8  one hundred forty-six. In accordance with ʾnby.
