   3  [b-S²ms¹ ]bʿlt Mrḫmm w-b mrʾ-hmw Ḏmrʿly Byn [... ...]

Apparatus
The photo by Grjaznevič allowed to correct Nāmī's reading. Wissmann edits the inscription on the basis of a photo by W.W. Müller. However, it seems that he could not read some letters at the beginning of the lines.
1Dextrograde k.
Wissmann does not read any letter before ʾwtr. At the end of the line, he integrates: [w-s²ʿb-hw Ḥ], as he does not read the Ḥ at the beginning of l. 2.
2Wissmann reads hs²qrn but the h actually lacks.
The last letter could be a "l" or "m". Wissmann restores Tl[qm b-S²ms¹m]. The theonym is integrated on the basis of Nāmī NN 24.
3According to Lundin, the higher part of the "m" of "mlk" is visible on the stone after the name of the king. Wissmann restores m[lk S¹bʾ]
