The text is probably, but not completely surely, of the middle period (see CIH 37 and RES 4176 for the mention of the tribe Yhybb).

   1  Rʾs¹hmw Ġyln bn ʾb[.]—
   2  fʿ qyl Yhybb ʿs¹y w-b—
   3  ny ḫdr-hw Ḫrf gwlm b-Tʾl—
   4  b w-kwn ḫdrn l-Bkrm w-kl (b)-
   5  ʾḫbb w-mdr ḫdrn gwlm

Apparatus
1-2ʾb[r]fʿ (RES), but it is rather ʾb[h]fʿ.

TRANSLATIONS

English

   1  Rʾs¹hmw Ġyln, son of ʾb[.]fʿ,
   2  qyl of Yhybb, gained legal possession of and
   3  built his grave Ḫrf with full ownership rights, by
   4  Tʾlb. And so the grave is for the (family) Bkrm, together with all that is in
   5  the niche and in the territory of the tomb, with full ownership rights.
