English

   1  [... ...] and their (d.) son, banū Bḥḍm, vassals of the banū S¹ḫym-
   2  m [... ...]s³wtm and at the side of its flight (?); and it is not permitted to construct
   3  [... ...] without (the permission of) the banū Bḥḍm, since they swore and committed
   4  [... ...] to ʿṯtr S²rqn, against the one who will damage and harm (this monument).
