English

   1  ʿbdṯwn he of ʾlqdm
   2  vassals of the ḏ- S¹ḥr dedicated to
   3  ʾlmqh Ṯhwn, Master of ʾwm the sta-
   4  tue in bronze, which his father Ḫbs²m of
   5  ʾḥgrm promised Him,
   6  by ʾlmqh.
