Apparatus
7The epithet of the god ʿṯtr: bʿl kwr Ks¹dm is attested for the first time. Robin interpretes it as "Lord of the hill Ks¹dm".

   6  r S²rqn and of ʿm dhu Rymtm, Lord of the rock Nwʿn, and of
   7  ʿṯtr, Lord of the hill (?) Ks¹dm and with the help
   8  of their solar divinities and with the help of their lords
   9  Whbʾl Yḥz, of the family Mʿhr and of Ḫwln and
  10  according to the orders of ʾ<n>by.
