Apparatus
1-2the editors read bn (T)ʿbm.
3Jamme identifies ʿlmn with the town of ʿAlmān, which was recorded by al-Hamdānī as lying adjacent to the wadi Ḍahr (northwest of Ṣanʿāʾ).

English

   1  S¹ʿds²ms¹ ʾẓrf and his son
   2  Tʿbm descendants of ʿmyṯʿ, coming from the town
   3  ʿlmn of the tribe ʾḏn, vassals and counsellors of the king,
   4  dedicated to ʾlmqh Ṯhwn, Master of ʾwm, this
   5  bull in bronze, which he promised Him for the safety of their
   6  persons, and may He grant them perfect fruit crops from
   7  their lands, and may He grant them the goodwill and the satisfaction
   8  of their two lords ʾls²rḥ Yḥḍb and his brother
   9  Yʾzl Byn, kings of Sabaʾ and ḏu-Raydān, by
  10  ʾlmqh Master of ʾwm.
