3mnẓr: probably a technical term related to the idea of protection, and indicating a fortified place or a covered construction (Robin).

3For mnẓr Robin says: "première attestation de ce mot. On connaît un verbe nẓr (CIH 334, 7, CIH 353, 5, Ja 564, 11, Ja 577,10, Ja 651, 16 et Ja 662, 12) avec le sens de "garder, protéger, assurer la protection de".
La construction mnẓr a sans doute une destination en relation avec l'idée de "protection" d'autant plus que dans Robin-al-Ḫadara 9, le substantif mnẓr semble synonyme de mẓll.
