TRANSLATIONS

English

  [Hwf]ʿm and his son [… …], of the family ʿṣmm, dedicated to their Patron] Tʾlb Rymm,
  Lord of the top of the town ʿṣmm, two statues, as He ordered in His oracle, because
  they asked a good omen from Tʾlb for the drought, which afflicted their vineyards and their terraced fields and Tʾlb
  promised to His vassals, the family ʿṣmm, that He will grant them spring and autumn good
  and healthy fruits in their lands as He will protect them from drought; may He grant them
  prosperity and well-being, regarding their valleys and their people, and may He grant them the favour of their lords and their tribes;
  and may He grant them wealthy, male and in good health children; and may He deliver them from the harm of
  enemies. By Tʾlb [Rymm].
