   1  ʿlhn Nhfn bn Btʿ w-Hmdn hṯb w-hwrʿ—
   2  n w-ṣyḥn mʾḫḏ-hmw Ḏhbm ms¹qt s¹r-hm—
   3  w [..]ym bʿd ḏ-wḍʾ mʾḫḏn ʿs¹m ḫr—
   4  yftm b-ʿṯtr w-Tʾlb Rymm w-S²ms¹-h—
   5  mw bʿlt Mrḫmm w-b-nḫs¹ w-mqymt
   6  s²ʿb-hmw Ḥs²dm

TRANSLATIONS

English

   1  ʿlhn Nhfn, ibn Btʿ and Hamdān repaired, restored (?)
   2  and levelled their basin Ḏhbm (for) the irrigation of their valley
   3  [..]ym, since the basin had been damaged during
   4  the years; by ʿṯtr, Tʾlb Rymm, their solar deity
   5  Mistress of Mrḫmm, through the prosperity and resources
   6  of their tribe Ḥs²dm.
