English

   1  ʾlʿz, son of Ḏḫrm, of the family
   2  Qṭrn dedicated to Ḥwkm
   3  his person, his faculties, his
   4  property, his two brothers Ṣb-
   5  ḥhmw and Frʿkrb
   6  and all their children, when
   7  ʾlʿz transferred to Ḥwkm
   8  his property. Might Ḥwkm release
   9  him from obligations [... ..].
