TRANSLATIONS

English

   1  [... ...] of the community of ʿṯtr ḏ-Yhrq and Lḥyʿṯt and ʿmʾns¹ of the people of Blḥ, people of Gbʾn, friends of ʾbydʿ Yṯʿ, dedicated to ʿṯtr ḏ-Qbḍ all the construction of the tower Lbʾn
   2  [... ...] the façade and the back wall, from foundation to top, with the tribute they had to pay to ʿṯtr ḏ-Qbḍ and with the obligations they incurred towards Him, from which He released them, and by the goodwill of ʿmʾns¹, with a supplement (coming) from their hand (=their resources), by the gods of Maʿīn and Yṯl,
   3  [... ...] and by ʾbydʿ Yṯʿ king of Maʿīn [... ...] the people of Blḥ committed all their inscriptions to all the gods of Maʿīn and Yṯl, against the one who may remove them and against the one who may damage them from their place.
