CULTURAL NOTES

The dedication to the Haramite divinity ʿṯtr Bʾs¹n and the mention of the kings ʾlkbr ʾmr and Ys²hrmlk Nbṭ show that this text dates back to a period of independence of Haram. The palaeographical style suggests a dating to the end of period A or beginning of period B.
