| We cannot exclude that the lacuna contained, besides the dedicatory verb (see s³lʾ-s¹m in l.4), also construction verbs, like in many inscriptions on the walls of Baraqish. |

1 [... ...] ʿṯtr ḏ-Qbḍm, Wdm, Nkrḥm and ʿṯtr ḏ-Yhrq all the construction of the curtain Mḏb from foundation to top, the adorned façade, the front façade and the back wall, in wood and in cut stone, with the taxes S¹ʿd and his sons had to pay to ʿṯtr ḏ-Qbḍ, W- 2 dm [... ... and they sacrificed to ... ...] and Wd during the festivals, sacrifices, and (to) ʿṯtr ḏ-Yhrq at Yṯl, sacrifices, and when S¹ʿd was kbr of Maʿīn, the caravaneers, for the second time, and in peace and safety, so that were satisfied S¹ʿd and the tribe he was the leader of for the second time; and when he constructed and raised 3 [... ...] of the town Qrnw, and when ʾbydʿ Yṯʿ and Wqhʾl Rym the two kings of Maʿīn and the assembly of Maʿīn, in the Great Assembly, assigned to S¹ʿd and his son Hwfʿṯt the direction and the administration, by means of (?) those offerings for their god and their Patron and their king, and they were handed over their administration, 4 [... ...] and (together with) their full concessions and their documents.
