   2  w-ʿṯtr ʾl Yhrq w-ʿṯtr ḏ-Ḏbn w-kl ʾlʾlt ʾs²ʿbm
   3  ḏ-ʾlm w-s²ymm w-ḥblm w-ḥmrm bytn w-ʾḫṭb-s¹ w-m—
   4  ḥwlt-s¹ w-mbnyt-s¹m bn ḏ-yḫbl-s¹m b-ḍrm w-s¹lmm

TRANSLATIONS

English

   1  Put under the protection of ʿṯtr S²rqn, ʿṯtr ḏ-Qbḍm, Wdm, Nkrḥm,
   2  ʿṯtr god of Yhrq, ʿṯtr ḏ-Ḏbn, of all the tribal gods,
   3  of the god and the patron, and the pact and the alliance, the temple, its construction corps, its boundary
   4  walls and their buildings, against anyone who may damage them in war and in peace.
