English

   1  Hwfʿm ʾwlṭ, the captain, and his sons H-
   2  lʿw and Ḥṭbm, those of the qyl, supervised the smooth dressing,
   3  the construction, the plastering, the lining and he was in charge of
   4  his helpers in (the construction) of this cistern Bnʾ, as
   5  his lords ordered him, the
   6  family Hṣbḥ; he realized the work
