GENERAL NOTES

The formulary of this text is usual, since the inscription begins with the god as the subject, and then ends with the common dedicatory formula with the verb tḍʾ. It cannot be excluded that a large portion of the inscription might be missing at the beginning, which was engraved on another block.

TEXT

1  [..]rm S¹yn bql ʿs¹nm *ʾ*d mnʿy—
   2  [..]ḏm w-blqm w-tḍʾ Ys³bʾl b-ʾ—
   3  [ḏn ] S¹y*n* nfs¹-s¹ w-ʾḏn-s¹ w-wld-s¹ w-q—
   4  [ny-s¹ ... ...]

Apparatus
1Frantsouzoff integrates [w-ḥ]rm. This integration is likely but not completely sure, and therefore cannot be accepted.
At the end of the line the ʾ is written on a b.
1-2One could integrate mnʿy[m ʿ]*ḍ*m w-blqm, supposing another engraver's mistake.
