According to Agostini, based on the palaeography, the inscription is dated to period C, but a dating to period B cannot be excluded either.

   1  b-ts¹ʿ s²hr ḏ-ʿṯtr by—
   2  ḥly w-s²wṣ ḥfnnhn w-m—
   3  ṣrbn bdd ḫrfhn

TRANSLATIONS

English

   1  On the (day) 9 of the month dhu-ʿAthtar should be
   2  provided and prepared (?) two ḥfn-objects and the
   3  offering table, over the years.
