   3  b-ʿrn ʾbltm ḥg ʾmrw b-ms¹ʾl-s¹m

TRANSLATIONS

English

   1  Wrwʾl Ġyln Yhnʿm, son of S²hr Ygl Yh-
   2  rgb, king of Qatabān, set up a stela for ʿṯtr and ʿm and S²ms¹
   3  on the citadel ʾbltm, as they ordered in their oracle.
