English

   1  Whbʾl Yḥḏ he of Mʿhr and ḏ-Ḫwln
   2  and his son Ns²ʾkrb ḏ-Ḫwln dig out, constructed, and excavated their well
   3  Ts¹kh. Mtʿm Mʿhr ʾḥr and Ṯwbn Mwhbm
   4  Krb were in charge and completed the cutting (of the stones) of the well. By the authority of their lords
   5  Whbʾl
   6  and Ns²ʾkrb.
