The reading of the text is proposed by Jamme. In particular the reading of the line 5 is not sure.

English

   1  Lḥyʿṯt, he of Nfʾn,
   2  dedicated to ʾlmqh
   3  Ṯhwn, Lord of ʾwm, the statue
   4  in bronze for the safety
   5  of his sla]ve ʿṯt, whom he possessed.
   6  By ʿṯtr and ʾlmqh.
