5 in Qly, through the mobilization of Qatabān and the power of the people of Brm and Hrbt;
6 by ʿṯtr and by ʿm and by ʾnby and by Ḥwkm and by ḏt Ṣntm
7 and by ḏt Ẓhrn and by ḏt Rḥbn.
at the end of the line ʾs¹n is a term employed as a determinative pronoun “that of”, and it must probably not to be taken as a preposition “between”.
