Apparatus
1None of the previous authors reads the personal name zhlḥ. This can be read on the photograph.
2Stiehl followed by al-Qudra and Farès-Drappeau reads ʾlmh rather than ʾmḥh.
3Stiehl followed by al-Qudra and Farès-Drappeau reads b- t[ymm] rather than b- tqmm.

TRANSLATIONS

   1  ʿyḏ son of Zhlḥ and his son
   2  ʾmṣh (per)formed the
   3  (ẓll)-ceremony for ḏ-Ġbt for the sake of
   4  his property in T[q]m(m) and so favour his
   5  and his descendants and
   6  help [him].

NotesFound in Al-ʿUḏayb (Ǧabal ʿIkmah). The inscription is incised amongst a mass of others on one side of the huge rock, which Stiehl called ‘Block A’. It is below U 028, to the left of U 025 and U 026, and to the right of U 032.
