Notes on support and decorationsA tripod-footed offering saucer made of brownish yellow calcite with red veining on the top with a smooth shallow concavity in the top. The piece is polished on the interior and exterior. On the exterior of the bowl above each leg a decoration comprising three crossed lines between two sets of vertical triple lines is incised; a horizontal incised line extends around the rim and across the bottom of each foot, which are also incised with around four vertical lines, possibly to indicate toes.
The underside is smooth but not highly polished.
