| Notes on support and decorations | Brownish grey marble stamp-seal with an oval face engraved with representation of a griffin-like quadruped with the crested head of a bird, a long barbed tail, and outstretched wings. The body and wings are filled with parallel lines. There is a snake extending around the edge of the face, which clasps its tail behind the back of the griffin. The seal has vertical sides and a conical top, and is pierced through lengthways. |
