1 ʾḥmd ʾẓlm, of the family Fḍlm, dedicated 2 to ʾlmqh Ṯhwn, Lord of ʾwm, the statue in bronze 3 which he had promised to Him because He has granted to him his protection in all 4 the expeditions they undertook and in which they followed their lord ʾls²rḥ 5 Yḥḍb, king of Sabaʾ and ḏu-Raydān, son of Frʿm Ynhb, 6 king of Sabaʾ; and might ʾlmqh Ṯhwn, Lord of ʾwm, continue to protect 7 His servant ʾḥmd; and might He grant to him the goodwill and the satisfaction of his two 8 lords ʾls²rḥ Yḥḍb and his brother Yʾzl Byn, the two kings 9 of Sabaʾ and ḏu-Raydān, sons of Frʿm Ynhb, king of Sabaʾ; 10 and might He grant to them perfect outcome and healthy fruits crops 11 in their land; and might ʾlmqh Ṯhwn, Lord of 12 ʾwm, grant to him to help him and to preserve him from misfortunes and maleficence and malice 13 of the enemy; by ʾlmqh Ṯhwn, Lord of ʾwm. |
