TRANSLATIONS

English

   1  Yhʿn ʾḫṭr of whom ʾbkrb is the protector, and his
   2  sons Hḥyʿṯt of whom Mʿdkrb is the protector, and
   3  S²fʿṯt of whom Wddʾl is the protector and Whbʾwm of whom
   4  Smhkrb is the protector, descendants of ʿṯkln ʿṣyt
   5  dedicated to ʾlmqh Ṯhwn, Lord of ʾwm, the statue in bronze,
   6  in praise because He has granted and assisted their two lords
   7  ʾls²rḥ Yḥḍb and his brother Yʾzl Byn, the two
   8  kings of Sabaʾ and ḏu-Raydān, the two sons of Frʿm Ynhb, king of
   9  Sabaʾ, in humiliating and crushing and breaking and destroying Krbʾl
  10  of Raydān and the tribes and the expeditionary forces of Ḥimyar, the children of ʿm,
  11  in the revolt and the war they started and rose up against their two
  12  lords ʾls²rḥ Yḥḍb and his brother Yʾzl Byn,
  13  the two kings of Sabaʾ and ḏu-Raydān; and indeed has granted ʾlmqh,
  14  Lord of ʾwm, the return of their two lords in safety and in
