1 ʾlrm Ygʿr, of the family S¹ḫymm, ʾqwl 2 of the tribe S¹mʿy, the third of Hgrm, dedicated 3 to ʾlmqhw Ṯhwn, Lord of ʾwm, the two statues in praise 4 because ʾlmqh saved His servant ʾlrm in the two expeditions 5 they undertook to the land of Ḫwln Gddn, when 6 their lord Wtrm Yhʾmn, king of Sabaʾ and ḏu-Raydān, 7 son of ʾls²rḥ Yḥḍb, king of Sabaʾ and ḏu-Raydān, ordered them to 8 exact reprisals on the tribes of Ḫwln for the offenses they had committed against 9 their lords the kings of Sabaʾ, and they defeated and routed those tribes 10 Ḫwln Gddn and their supporters, and they came back in safety, 11 success and good luck that satisfies their lord Wtrm 12 Yhʾmn, king of Sabaʾ and ḏu-Raydān, and so that 13 ʾlmqh continues to grant His servant ʾlrm prosperity and good luck 14 and the satisfaction of their lord Wtrm Yhʾmn, king of Sabaʾ and ḏu- 15 Raydān; may ʾlmqh grant to His servants, the family S¹ḫymm, 16 soundness of faculties and material resources and good crops and harvests 17 from all their land and may ʾlmqh repel from His servants, 18 the family S¹ḫymm, any evil and harm and the malice and 19 the maleficence of any enemy. By ʿṯtr and Hwbs¹ and ʾlmqh and by ḏt 20 Ḥmym and by ḏt Bʿdnm and by their patron Tʾlb Rymm, 21 and they committed their dedication to ʾlmqh Lord of ʾwm. |
