1 Bqlm, of the family Ṯly, mqtwy of ʾls²rḥ Yḥḍb 2 and his brother Yʾzl Byn, the two kings of Sabaʾ and 3 ḏu-Raydān, sons of Frʿm Ynhb king of Sabaʾ, dedicated to 4 ʾlmqh Ṯhwn, Lord of ʾwm, the bull in bronze, in praise 5 because He granted to him in His oracle that he should return in safety 6 and with killing and booty, which satisfied his heart, when 7 he undertook the military expedition and followed their lord ʾls²rḥ Yḥḍb 8 and his brother Yʾzl Byn, the two kings of Sabaʾ and ḏu-Raydān in 9 the land of Ḥimyar, and because ʾlmqh, Lord of ʾwm, granted to him 10 the safety of his brother ʾs¹dm of the family Ṯly and of their 11 children and He granted to them killing and booty in all those 12 military expeditions, and might ʾlmqh, Lord of ʾwm, continue to grant to His servant 13 Bqlm son of Ṯly, his safety and grant to him killing and booty; 14 might He deliver him from evil, distress, harm and the malice of any enemy 15 [... ...] |
