TRANSLATIONS

English

   1  And thus the family of Ḫlfn concluded the pact of ʿṯtr S²rqn and
   2  ʿṯtr, Lord of Bḥr Ḥṭybm ((Ḥṭbm)), and the pact of ʾlmqhw, Lord of ʾ(w)m,
   3  and the favourable auspices and the authority of their lord S²ʿrm ʾwtr, king of Sabaʾ and
   4  ḏu-Raydān, son of ʿlhn, king of Sabaʾ, such as this: every (socially) great
   5  and small man, who will take illegally, [... ... should pay] all revenue to whom will guarantee it.
   6  And who will make a contract on the basis of a document, according to what has been attributed to them [... ...]
   7  [... ...] their gold coin (or, their vegetable crops). And the king imposed a payment to them [... ...].
