1 Rbbm ʾḥrs¹ and his brother H- 2 wfʿṯt ʾs²wʿ, of the family Gdn- 3 m, dedicated to their Lord ʾlmqh, 4 Master of S²bʿn, the statue in bronze, by which 5 they praised the power and the might of ʾlmqh, be- 6 cause He granted His two servants Rbbm ʾḥr- 7 s¹ and Hwfʿṯt ʾs²wʿ the protection 8 of all their crops, during the rain which (happened in) the 9 qdmt-office of the one of ʿṯkln and the family Ḥlḥlm; and 10 may ʾlmqh continue to grant all 11 the crops and harvests to His two servants Rbbm 12 and Hwfʿṯt, (that is to say) all what they will cultivate 13 in the two cities of Ns²qm and Nashshān and in the 14 valleys of them both; and may He grant them both the favour and 15 the satisfaction of their lord Ns²ʾkrb Yʾ- 16 mn Yhrḥb king of Sabaʾ and ḏu-Ra- 17 ydān, son of ʾls²rḥ Yḥḍb and Yʾ- 18 zl Byn the two kings of Sabaʾ and ḏu-Raydān; 19 and may He save His two servants Rbbm and 20 Hwfʿṯt of the family Gdnm from the maleficence 21 and the malice of the enemy, the one they are aware of and the one they're not 22 aware of, by ʾlmqh, Master of S²bʿn, and 23 (by) ḏt Ns²qm. |
