GENERAL NOTES

The inscription has been classified as a construction text for the presence of the verb bny, even though the verb s¹ḥdṯ has the meaning of "renewing the relationship
with the god", and therefore the text is also in some way dedicatory.

TEXT

Apparatus
2the name Qrḍn is attested only here; it is probably a name of group.
3as ʾḫh is a plural, Ḥs¹dn must be a name of family.
5Hdtn is considered a name of a building rather than an epithet of the god as suggested by Jamme.
