1 [S¹ʿds²ms¹m ʾs¹rʿ and his son] 2 [Mrṯdm], of the family Grt, [ʾqwl of the] 3 [tribe Ḏmry] dedicated to ʾlmqhw Ṯhwn, 4 Lord of ʾwm, the two statues as 5 ʾlmqhw ordered them in His oracle 6 so that ʾlmqhw grants them 7 prosperity and good luck and for the safety 8 of their lord Wtrm Yhʾmn, king 9 of Sabaʾ and ḏu-Raydān, son of ʾls²rḥ 10 Yḥḍb, king of Sabaʾ and ḏu-Raydān, and for the 11 safety of his servants S¹ʿds²ms¹m and his 12 son Mrṯdm, of the family Grt, and their ql 13 and their tribe S¹mhrm, and may ʾlmqhw grant 14 them the satisfaction and the goodwill of their 15 lord Wtrm, king of Sabaʾ 16 and ḏu-Raydān, and for what has been and will be favourable 17 to S¹ʿds²ms¹m and his son 18 Mrṯdm and the family Grt and their ql 19 and their tribe S¹mhrm. By ʿṯtr and 20 Hwbs¹ and ʾlmqhw and by ḏt Ḥmym and by 21 ḏt Bʿdnm and by their two gods ʿṯtr 22 ʿzzm and ḏt Ẓhrn, in the citadel 23 Knn, and they committed their dedication to ʿṯtr 24 S²rqn and ʾlmqhw, Lord of ʾwm. |
