Apparatus
3we do not know whether the object of the dedication (ʾlḥẓr) is the pillar or a person.
4The stone is broken below l.3, but the text should have continued in further lines. Robin restores b-yw[m Wtrʾl ... ...] as he notes that the inscriptions from the temple of Mtbnṭyn in Haram written in Sabaic language are mainly dated to the reign of Wtrʾl.
