Textual typology | Dedicatory text |
The collation of Y.05.B.B.13 and Y.05.B.B.12 is suggested by Multhoff 2019: 8 on the basis of textual elements (above all, the same dedicant). However, Agostini 2021: 157 remarks that the collation - though possible - is not certain, mainly based on the archaeological context of the two objects: their position suggests to exclude that Y.05.B.B.13 was originally placed above Y.05.B.B.12. |
Agostini 2021 does not exclude the possibility that the text continued on further lines (see also the General notes). |

2, 4 | Agostini 2011 translated the words from the root NQL as "transport". CSAI proposed the alternative interpretation of "quarry, excavation". Agostini 2021 translated "cava, scavo". On the root NQL, see Rossi 2022: 128. |
