Apparatus
2in Hayajneh's transcription there is a w after the verb bny which is untenable and is perhaps due to an oversight.

English

   1  Hwfʿm Yhnʿm son of S¹mhwtr mukarrib of Qatabān and of the children of ʿm built the tower
   2  Brm, by ʿṯtr, ʿm ḏ-Ys¹rm, ʾnby, ḏt Ṣntm and by ḏt Ẓhrn.
