On the basis of the text content it is to be maintained that the block was inserted in an architectural structure. The text is written on two different stones. Only the right part (Gl A 671=A-20-897), once reemployed in the mosque of Bayt al-Jālid, is now at the Ṣanʿāʾ University Museum. Thanks to A. Multhoff for the bibliographical information. |
