CULTURAL NOTES

The mention of ʿAthtar dhu-Mrbḍn is remarkable. So far, only the god Tʾlb Rymm bʿl Trʿt w-Mrbḍn was attested, a deity worshipped in the city of Madar (cf. e.g. CIH 339).
