TEXT

   1  Whbs²ms¹ Yzd bn Ylq—
   2  ṭ m(qt)wy S¹ʿdʾwm Nmrn bn Btʿ

Apparatus
The verb brʾ "he built" is inscribed inside the panel which divides the first line, below the crescent moon and disc.
Rijziger 2018: 159 suggests that the verb was inscribed in the panel for a lack of space at the end of the line 2. She adds an interesting observation: "Hypothetically we could also assume this word to be the name of the building the inscription was originally made for". In this case the inscription should be not a construction text.
