This text is very significant. In fact, it is a dedication made to Nbṭʿṯtr, whose only attestation so far in Minaic was found in Y.92.B.A 28 from Baraqish ("s³lʾ ʾhln Nbṭʿṯtr"). There Robin, interpreting ʾhln as an aberrant form for ʾlhn, considered Nbṭʿṯtr as a previously unknown god, fact which seems to be confirmed by this new text. On the basis of this comparison, a provenance of DhM 386 from Baraqish becomes then much probable.
