   5  mn wfy ʾḥrr-hmw w-ḥrt-hmw w-wf—
   6  y kl ḏ-qnyw w-wfy bkl-hmw w-qn—
   7  y-hmw w-ʾrḍ-hmw w-b-ḏt yḏmn |
   8  w-s²kr kl ḏ-kwn l-hmw ḍrm
   9  w-s²nʾm w-kwn ḏn s²ftn b-ḫ—
  10  rfn ḏ-l-ʾḥd w-s¹ṯy w-mʾtm |

TRANSLATIONS

English

   1  ʿbl and ʾlkll and their children, banū
   2  Wqhm dedicated to their two gods ʿṯtr
   3  ḏ-S³mḥ and ʿṯtr ḏ-Rydn the two lords
   4  of the irrigation of the citadel Ṯmn, because he assured
   5  and will assure safety of their free men and women and the
   6  safety of what they had and the safety of their settlers and their
   7  goods and their lands and because he humiliated
   8  and defeated all that were for them enemies
   9  and opponents. This dedication was in the year
  10  one hundred sixty-one.
