   1  Ḏmrʿly Ynf mkrb S¹bʾ bn Ykrbmlk Wtr bny w-hwṯ—
   2  r w-s²qr mʾḫḏn Byḥn mḥmt w-m(n)fs¹ q(n)y-hw Hdṯtn
   3  b-Ys¹rn w-ʾl ʾs¹ s¹ʾl Ḏmrʿly b-ḏn mʾḫ(ḏn) mḥmtm w-mf(l)qm

TRANSLATIONS

English

   1  Ḏmrʿly Ynf, mkrb of Sabaʾ, son of Ykrbmlk Wtr, built, laid foundations
   2  and completed the basin Byḥn (for) the canalization system and the sluice of his property Hdṯtn
   3  in Ys¹rn, and let nobody claim against Ḏmrʿly regarding this basin as a canalization system and a water distribution.
