The context is not clear. Bʿṯtr is the name of a king of Haram. We do not consider this occurrence royal name, because mlk lacks the nunation. A reading variant is: w-mlk b-ʿṯ[... ...].

ḏ-ṯs¹ (Robin). However, cf. the reading w-kwn ḏṯn ʿs²r on the inscription MṢM 3650.
According to Halévy, this text comes form as-Sawdāʾ. Robin supposes that the provenance has to be corrected with Kamna on the basis of the gods mentioned.
