Apparatus
P. Stein 2011: 181 thinks that the text begins with the name of the king, but usually the texts on bowls show a space before the beginning of the text.

English

   1  [... ...] when Ġwṯlt exacted taxes on the whole of theʾfwl, when Ys²hrʾl mukarrib of the Ḥaḍramawt son of ʾbyṯʿ made dedications to S¹yn in his temple in Sumhuram in the land of S¹ʾklhn.
   2  He carried out the function of governor in the land of S¹ʾklhn.
