1 ʾbkrb ʾyhr and ʿbdʿṯtr ʾs²wʿ 2 and their sons Whbʾwm ʾs¹d 3 of the family ʿḍḍn, ʾqwl of the tribe ʿḍḍn, dedicated 4 to their lord ʾlmqh, Lord of ʾwm, a horse and his 5 rider, all of them two in bronze, which they promised Him in praise 6 because ʾlmqh protected against the ruin which was in the 7 land; and may their Lord ʾlmqh to look after and save 8 His servants ʾbkrb and ʿbdʿṯtr and 9 Whbʾwm, of the family ʿḍḍn, from the misfortune 10 and the mischief and the things of the evil, and the maleficence and the malice 11 of the enemy, and may He grant to them prosperities of faculties 12 and power and the goodwill and the satisfaction of their lord 13 Krbʾl Yhnʿm, king of Sabaʾ and ḏu- 14 Raydān and Ḥaḍramawt and Ymnt, and may He grant to 15 them fruits crops and harvests of luxuriance, and crops 16 of cereals of spring and autumn season. By ʾlmqhw 17 Ṯhwn, Lord of ʾwm. |
