TRANSLATIONS

English

   1  [... ... Ydʿʾb] king of Qataban prohibited and and applied an interdiction as a protective bond
   2  [which links the king Ydʿʾb] and those of authority with the people/person who rise/s from
   3  [... ...] against being hostile and rising against (?) Qataban
   4  [... ...] whoever Ydʿʾb orders and commands and whoever
   5  [contravenes the ordinance of this prohibition and interdiction (?)] then he gives and assigns his life and his possessions to Ydʿ-
   6  ʾb [... ...] the last year of Hwfʿṯt ḏ-Byḥn and the signature
   7  (was made by) the hand of Ydʿʾb.
