1 [ʿwfm] ... mqtwy of ʾl- 2 s²rḥ Yḥḍb and his brother Yʾzl 3 Byn, kings of Sabaʾ and ḏu-Raydān, sons of Frʿm 4 Ynhb king of Sabaʾ, dedicated to ʾlmqh Ṯhwn 5 Master of ʾwm, the bronze statue that he had promised Him, 6 when they were waterless in the north for three days and 7 nights, when he had been sent on a mission to the kings of the north, 8 (namely) ʾl-Ḥrṯ bn Kʿbm king of ʾs¹d and Mlkm 9 bn Bd king of Kinda and Mḏḥgm and some (other) 10 bedouins; and so the Master of ʾwm granted His servant 11 ʿwfm a safe return; and may He protect him from the harm 12 and malice of any enemy; by ʾlmqh Ṯhwn Master of ʾwm. |
