1 Rṯdm, of the family Mʿn, vassal of the king, dedicated 2 to ʾlmqh Ṯhwn, Lord of ʾwm, this statue 3 of bronze which he promised Him from his booty 4 from the city of S²bwt when they undertook a military expedition and 5 assisted their lord S²ʿrm ʾwtr, king of 6 Sabaʾ and ḏu-Raydān in the land of Ḥaḍaramawt. 7 And Rṯdm praised the might and the power of ʾlmqh 8 because he returned in safety with booty and spoils 9 in all the battles that he undertook and (during which) assisted 10 their lord S²ʿrm ʾwtr and in all the missions in which his lord despached 11 him. And may ʾlmqh grant him healthy crops and 12 harvests and the favour and goodwill of his lord 13 S²ʿrm ʾwtr. By ʾlmqh, Lord of ʾwm. |
